What is an Alien Number Or USCIS Number?
A letter that is sent by Immigration office that has an Alien Number on the top right side just under your name on right side and the USCIS Number is on the pre employment Authorization card. We place this number on your I-693 form to which is unique Number for every individual. You do Not Have to have it.
Do you do recertification?
Yes
If I test TB positive what will happen?
We do X-Ray and complete the necessary section on I-693 form accordingly.
What if I receive a letter and am asked to submit the I-693 within the same week ?
Once you start the process with us we give you a letter to take it with you for your appointment which THEY DO accept and after the interview when the sealed I-693 is ready you mail it to the address they give you.

Do I need to find civil surgeon in the state that I currently live?
No Dr Patel is one of the designated civil surgeons for entire USA

USCIS Immigration Medical Exams
Dr. Patel is a certified Designated Civil Surgeon, licensed by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to perform your immigration exam, update your Vaccines requirement, and complete your medical form. For your visit you may bring your Immunization records that is if they are available. We will thoroughly check all your records. We will do any necessary testing for TB, as well as drawing your blood for other mandated tests by USCIS. We will administer any required vaccines in compliance with the USCIS guidelines. We will then approve and certify your I-693 form. You will need to return in 3-4 days to pick up your completed I-693 form and all supporting documents to send to the USCIS. This is a sealed envelope for USCIS and we also give you a copy for your records.
If you choose to take the vaccinations at your PCP's office or at Pharmacy we will advise you accordingly. If you do not live in the area and choose to have the application sent by certified mail we provide that service once all the vaccinations are satisfied.
For someone who does test positive on the TB test we perform the X-ray on premises for an additional cost to make our office as one stop for completing the I-693
You can come in any time during our regular office hours for your USCIS Medical Exam.
No appointment is necessary for our services during our regular office hours-
